We aresearching for a Dishwasher / Prep Cook to work with our small team under chef Ari Miller. This position is for enthusiastic individuals looking for growth opportunities beyond washing dishes. While that will be an important part of the position, this is also an opportunity to learn the skills of food preparationand line cooking in the kitchen. Any down time will be spent assisting with kitchen projects, and therefore having the chance to learn new skills. Post Haste is a New Americancocktail bar and restaurant in the Fishtown/East Kensingtonarea that focuses on sourcing locally and seasonally. Our ideal candidate has this same philosophy, and is a motivated individual who can be a self-starter.
